Abstract

Najbrž skoraj vsak turist, ki obišče Buenos Aires, nekaj časa preživi tudi v njegovi slikoviti četrti La Boca. Sprehod ga bo vodil mimo znamenitega stadiona La Bombonera (mimogrede, gre delo tržaškega rojaka Viktorja Sulčiča) in mimo turističnih prodajalnic in restavracij v pisanih hišah, kjer so nekoč živeli pristaniški delavci. V hišah, kjer se je rojeval tango. Natančen opazovalec bo v tem živahnem argentinskem vzdušju opazil dvonadstropno hišo z lesenimi polkni, na katerih je naslikana slovenska zastava. Če bo vstopil, se bo znašel na pisanem dvorišču nekdanjega conventilla, s katerega se je nekoč po stopniščih prišlo do delavskih stanovanj, danes pa v njem živi, ustvarja in razstavlja umetnik Marjan Grum.
